Small parent-run Christian school that meets in the facilities of Westminster Orthodox Presbyterian Church. An ISP is available for home school students in grades K-8. The ISP offers the standard record-keeping, participation in campus activities (field trips, school programs, and ACSI events), and the option to participate in art, music, and PE classes. Fees are very family-friendly! The registration cost of $100 includes all of the above, with the exception of the additional art, music, PE, and standardized testing for which we charge an extra (but reasonable) fee.  Cornerstone children are homeschooled on Mondays and Tuesdays. Students attend classes W/Th/F in a traditional classroom environment at their OC campus from 8:30 am to 2:45 pm. Lesson plans are prepared by classroom teachers and sent home a week in advance. Friday morning is dedicated to Chapel which includes a time of worship, scripture recital and instruction in God's Word as taught by each Cornerstone Dad. This is followed by weekly tests and electives. Such electives might include: Praise Team, Sign Language, Art, Physical Education (Presidential Fitness Awards), or Crown Financial for kids. Cornerstone Community School is a highly academic environment, but also one where precious memories are being made.
